The Columbia Valley has a reputation for some of the most capable grape growing conditions in the world. Area wineries have earned many awards in prominent wine media. An outstanding viticulture area within the Valley is the Columbia Gorge AVA. This is where the Columbia River meets the amazing geography of the Pacific Northwest. We are located above 45 degrees latitude with a climate similar to that of Burgundy France, allowing for some great wines to be made close to home.
We also partner with great growers throughout the Columbia Gorge and beyond. Our hunt for small lots of unique varietals allows us to stay on the edge of wine experimentation in the area.
Our estate vineyard is in the upper Hood River valley at 1600 foot elevation. We have Pinot Noir and Zweigelt planted on a south facing slope of oak grove loam soil.
