The Columbia Valley is gaining a reputation for some of the most capable grape growing conditions in the world, earning many awards in international wine media. An outstanding viticultural area within the Valley is the Columbia Gorge AVA. This is where the Columbia River meets the amazing geography of the Pacific Northwest. We are located above 45 degrees latitude with a climate similar to that of Burgundy France, allowing for some great wines to be made close to home.
Our estate vineyard is in the upper Hood River valley at 1600 foot elevation. We have Pinot Noir and Zweigelt planted on the south facing slope in oak grove loam soil.
We also partner with great growers throughout the Columbia Gorge and beyond. Looking for small lots of unique varietals allows us to stay on the edge of viticulture experimentation in the area.
